Subora is the subscription tracker that isn't a subscription itself. The app helps you stay on top of every recurring cost — streaming, memberships, micro-subscriptions — and shows you in four unique visualizations (grid, bubbles, swarm, sphere) where your money really goes. All data stays local, with optional iCloud sync. This support page covers setup, visualizations, reminders, iCloud sync and export. 1. How do I add a new subscription?

Tap the "+" icon and pick from 180+ pre-configured services like Netflix, Spotify or Adobe — or create a custom entry. You can set price, billing cycle and category individually.

2. What do the different visualizations mean?

Subora has four unique views: the grid sorts by cost, the bubbles show spending as interactive bubbles, the swarm visualizes upcoming payments on a timeline and the sphere gives a 3D-inspired view.

3. How do I set up reminders?

Open a subscription and enable reminders. You can choose to be notified 3, 7 or 14 days before the next renewal.

4. How does iCloud sync work?

Go to the app settings and enable iCloud Sync. Your subscriptions will then sync automatically across all your Apple devices.

5. Can I export my data?

Yes! Under Settings → Export you can export your data as CSV, PDF or JSON — perfect for your accounting or as a backup.

6. Is my data safe?

Absolutely. All data is stored exclusively on your device. Optional iCloud sync uses your personal iCloud. We have no access to your data — no ads, no tracking, no account required.

7. Why is Subora a one-time purchase?

We find it ironic when a subscription tracker is itself a subscription. That's why Subora is a one-time purchase — no monthly fees, no hidden costs.
